1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CK BL Travel s.r.o., with its registered office at Václavské náměstà 808/66, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČ): 02141728, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ02141728 (“we”, “us”, “our”), and the customer (“you”, “the customer”).
By placing an order for travel services, festival accommodation packages, or festival tickets (including accommodation + ticket bundles), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
“Travel Package” means a combination of travel-related services including accommodation and festival tickets offered by us.
“Standalone Ticket” means a ticket purchased without accommodation.
“Package Travel Contract” means the contract concluded between the customer and CK BL Travel s.r.o. in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel.
3. Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded when you make a booking via our website or other accepted methods and we confirm acceptance by email. The contract becomes effective upon payment of the required deposit or full payment.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal details at the time of booking.
4. Price and Payment
The total price of the offered services is specified in your booking. Prices include applicable taxes and fees. Payment terms are typically:
- A non-refundable deposit due at booking.
- The remaining balance due no later than 60 days before the start date of the travel service or event.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and applicable cancellation fees.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Travel Package at any time before the start date, but cancellation fees apply according to the following schedule, based on the number of days before the service start:
- More than 60 days before start – 20% of the total price of the package.
- 60–31 days before start – 60% of the total price of the package.
- 30 days or less before start – 100% of the total price of the package.
If you fail to arrive without providing notice (“no-show”), the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deducting the cancellation fee, and refunded to the original payment method.
Standalone tickets (festival-only tickets without accommodation) are generally non-refundable after purchase and are issued in your name. Transfers to another person are only permitted under specific conditions, and are subject to agreement.
6. Changes and Substitutions
Requests to change your booking (dates, names, services) may be accepted at our discretion and may incur administrative fees. Any change less than 7 days before the start date may be treated as a cancellation and the above cancellation fees will apply.
7. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, health documents) required for travel and participation in services. Failing to provide valid documentation does not exempt you from the cancellation fees noted above.
8. Liability
We assume responsibility for the proper performance of contracted services according to applicable Czech and EU travel laws. However, we are not liable for service failures due to third-party providers, weather, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of service failure entirely caused by us, you may be offered alternatives or refunds in accordance with applicable law.
9. Customer Obligations
You must comply with laws, regulations, and any instructions provided by us or third-party service providers. You are responsible for safety, behavior, and compliance with event and travel rules.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
